Grand Rapids, Mich. (WOTV) - Brush up your barbeque grilling skills with ABC's the chew's Michael Symon's versitile compound butter. Your food will explode with flavor and fun!
With summer here, that only means one thing, grilling season! And if you want to impress your guests at your next barbecue, I have a great secret weapon – compound butter. It's super simple to make. It's just butter mixed with herbs and spices. This is one of my favorite ones: Take a little bit of butter at room temperature with some orange zest, corriander seed, a good amount of salt and some cilantro. You can put this on your steak or vegetables Before you put it on the grill or after it comes off.You can also use it when grilling your favorite seasonal vegetables, like corn on The cob! The possibilities are endless! And if you have leftover compound butter, just wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer until your next barbecue. Your guests will thank you!
