Northlight Nannies has a database of pre-qualified nannies that have been fully screened and background checked.  They have a wide variety of nannies with various backgrounds.  For example if you’re more comfortable having a “mom” take care of your newborn they have several.  If you’re thinking a college-aged student might be a better fit for your school-aged children they have those too!  The nanny selection is large so that every family can find the perfect fit.

Once you contact Northlight, they will meet with you and your family one-on-one to find out your needs, your preferences and the type of nanny you need.  They take that information and begin to interview nannies for the job to get you a custom match.  That’s right, they will interview the nannies for you as well as take care of the application process, the reference checks and the orientation.   Once Northlight finds a few choices they think you’ll love, you’ll get the chance to meet those nannies and decide who is right for you.

Once you find the nanny you love, Northlight takes care of the rest.   They will work with the nanny to track their hours, pay them, and deal with any necessary scheduling issues.  If you’re nanny gets sick, Northlight will work to find a substitute childcare provider that you approve.   Northlight provides every nanny with resources such as regular newsletters to give nannies creative ideas for kids and more!

Once the nanny is placed, Northlight stays focused on your family and your needs.  Their trained nannies and full-service office staff are there to make each day brighter for you and your kids.  Not only do they offer services for full-time nannies, but they also include after-school nannies, baby-sitting, summer-care nannies and more!

If you’re interested in Northlight Nannies, they offer their services at a flat-rate that includes Northlight’s nanny management and the actual cost of the childcare the nannies provide.
