Moms mark your calendar for Fall sale

Grand Rapids, Mich. (WOTV) - My favorite event of the year is Saturday, September 15!  It's the West Michigan Mom's Sale and it's the largest of its kind in the midwest.   You won't want to miss this opportunity to stock up and save on gently used kids clothes, toys and gear.  The West Michigan Moms Sale features hundreds of tables filled with baby/childrens/boys/girls gently used clothing (size 0-16), maternity clothing, toys, books, nursery furniture and other necessities. There is also a large item area where you can find strollers, swings, high chairs, exersaucers, cribs and other large toys and furniture.

I attended the Spring event and was amazed at the bags full of goodies I walked away for a fraction of the retail price.   I was able to get most of Easton's Summer wardrobe for next to nothing.   If you're looking for some helpful shopping tips start by planning your shopping trip here.

Parking is available beneath and across the street from DeVos Place. Your parking donation rates for both of these ramps is $1 per half hour, YOU MUST TELL THE ATTENDANT THAT YOU ONLY WANT TO PAY THE $1 per half hour rate or you will pay the full event rate.

Strollers are welcome all day! The aisles will be 12' wide to accommodate.

Tips and Suggestions
•Arrive early for the best deals.
•Bring your own reusable shopping bag.
•Bring cash in small bills. Checks will not be accepted.
•If you anticipate purchasing a large item and will be unable to carry it yourself, please bring someone with you that can help.
