Simple stroller moves to get in shape

Grand Rapids, Mich. (WOTV) - Get out and get fit with your baby.  Here's some simple moves you can do with your stroller to stay in shape.  Get out of the house and take your baby for a power walk to start burning calories.  Building your walk into a workout.  My friends at Stroller Strides recommend doing 2 sets of 15 stroller squats or walking stroller lunges to get you started.
