Grand Rapids, Mich (WOTV) - Nothing fills a home with the scent of the holidays like roasting spiced nuts! It's simple and delicious. This season turn up the heat with curried cashews, here’s how...

Curried Cashews

(V/GF)
Makes 5 cups

4 C Cashews, whole and raw
1 C Raisons
2 T EVOO
2 t Curry powder
1 t Cayenne pepper
1 t Clove
1 t Garlic powder
1/2 t Sea salt

Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss to coat. Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 250* for 15 minutes, shaking the nuts about every five minutes. Keep a close eye on them, as nuts can burn quickly.

Spiced nuts make a great gift or can be the perfect addition to your holiday party menu.
