1 C Apple Juice or coconut water
1 Banana, frozen
2 T Flax Oil
1 C Dark leafy greens
2 T Lecithin granules
2 T Coconut flakes
1/8 C Sprouts (optional)
Ginger, to taste (optional)
Cacao nibs, (optional)
Blend all of the ingredients (except the Cacao nibs), sprinkle in your nibs for added crunch and enjoy!
