GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) - What would Valentine's Day be without chocolate? The two are synonymous! However, there is no need to abandon those healthy New Year's resolutions just because Cupid is readying his bow and arrow. Cacao (aka cocoa) has some pretty amazing health benefits like being high in antioxidants which strengthen our ability to fight infection and disease, and being high in magnesium which helps our immune systems and skeletal systems stay strong.
