Big, small, short and tall-K-9s came out to have a ball! Sammy (aka) The Paws of 4 turned four on Saturday, and to celebrate the occasion, 200 guest partied it up at Cascade Hospital for Animals.

I've never seen so many stylish hounds dressed for a bash! As guests arrived, they received their photo with the birthday boy, which can been seen on Facebook under the Face of 4 page. Doggie decor encompassed the facility with paw printed hats, streamers, cups, and ceiling hangings!

Guests each took home a "doggie bag" filled with goodies for owners and pups. The paw printed gift boxes were filled with doggie bones, doggie cookies, and human cookies with Sammy's birthday photo on them.

Amazing vendors like Total Photography took portraits of pets, which can be seen and ordered on line at www.TotalPhotography.llc.com, and Claudia's Pet Bandanna's made embroidered bandannas for pets while they waited, watched, and wagged.

An adorable birthday cake featured Sammy's portrait from the infamous Marge's Donut Den, and SUBWAY Restaurant provided several platters of subs for lunch.

Prizes were a huge hit at the party, as we gave away tons of Wii games, dvd's, and the highly sought after family four passes to Avalanche Bay at Boyne Mountain.  Sammy had a great time, and the gifts that guests brought cracked me up! Toys, bones, clothes, a rain jacket, and even a stroller!

I couldn't have asked for a better time. It was such a wonderful turn out of Sammy's friends, new and old. Thank you to Cascade Hospital for Animals for hosting a dog-gone good time!
