Ive tried almost everyone of the SUBWAY breakfast menu items, but Im not finished yet! Im a very picky eater, so its hard to believe that I have actually liked them all! So this was the true test! Could they all really be that good?
I stopped into SUBWAY before heading to the station, and since summer is just around the corner I decided to try another light and fit option. The egg and cheese on a toasted whole wheat muffin. I wanted to stay healthy with my choice, but still spice it up a little bit.
I choose the whole-wheat muffin, egg whites and Monterey cheedar cheese. I jazzed it up with some crispy green peppers, fresh onions, parmesan and oregano.
I took my first bite, and the muffin was still warm from the toaster, and the cheese was stringy and melted together (just the way I like it)! My egg whites were fresh and fluffy, and my added veggies and spices were just the right blend.
Not only did I find yet another amazing SUBWAY breakfast sandwich, but its a healthy choice too! Under 5g of fat, unbelievable taste, and at a price that your going to love!
