GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) - Looking to improve your health or inspire others? Then Priority Health might be looking for you! Priority Health is creating a team of Champions for Team Priority Health , who are looking to be ambassadors in the West Michigan community. What’s the catch? You have to share your story, attend a few community events or races and spread the word about health and wellness.

If you think you're up for the challenge send an email to teamph@priorityhealth.com telling your story, including why you are looking to improve your health or inspire others to improve theirs. You also need to include an explanation of why you believe you should be chosen, what your goals are and what you are trying to accomplish.

If selected as a champion, you’ll receive free team gear, free entries into different events or races and be featured on teampriorityhealth.com. The deadline for sending entries is March 31, 2013.
