INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana (WOTV) - With 472,900-square feet, more than 120,000 artifacts, and over 1 million visitors each year, the Children's Museum of Indianapolis is the largest children’s museum in the world. The museum is a top tourist attraction for family vacations and offers amenities that really cater to families!
Your visit begins with convenient free on site parking and a entrance through a covered walkway straight into the museum, where welcoming staff is on hand to answer questions. As you enter the main floor, coat checks and lockers are available that allows parents to keep their arms free for hand-holding, exploration and play.
Make sure your next stop is the concierge desk where you can pick-up maps of the museum any get answers to any questions you might have about your visit. Then the rest of the day is simple -- just play and have fun!
