Keep warm and dry trick-or-treating

With chilly temperatures and rain in the forecast, many families are looking for ways to stay warm and still have fun  tonight.  Here is a list of some places offering indoor trick-or-treating this Halloween.

Allegan County

Grace of Douglas Nursing Home

From 4-6pm kids can trick-or-treat indoors.

Wayland High School SADD Hallowed Halls 2012
850 East Superior St. - Wayland
Indoor trick-or-treating from 5-7pm along with a haunted house, costume contest, 50/50 raffle, pumpkin carving contest, hot dog dinner

Barry County

Thornapple Valley Community Credit Union
202 East Woodlawn Avenue, Hastings
From 6-8pm kids can trunk-or-treat indoors and play games.

Ionia County

Heartland Health Care

Enjoy trick-or-treating from 6-8pm

Kent County

Halloween at the Firehouse
Ada Twp. Fire Station
6990 E. Fulton, Ada
Station 1 will have candy, donuts and refreshments.  Kids can dress-up, tour the firehouse and keep warm all evening.

Byron Center Bible Church

Indoor trick-or-treating from 5:30-8pm.

Spectrum Health South Pavilion
80 68th Street Southeast, Cutlerville
From 3:30-5pm kids can visit and trick-or-treat inside the hospital.

Cascade Fire Department Halloween Party
2865 Thornhills Avenue, Grand Rapids
Enjoy a costume contest along with snacks and goodies from 5:30-8pm.

Woodland Mall Halloween Hoopla
3195 28th Street SE Grand Rapids
Free treat stations will be set-up from 3-5pm.

First Baptist Church of Lowell

From 6-7:30pm kids can trick-or-treat and play on large scale inflatables.

Trunk-or-Treat at Wyoming Park Fellowship
2260 Porter St., Wyoming
From 6:30-8:30pm the church is hosting carnival games with candy for the kids.

Pioneer Clubs Carnival
Rockford Reformed Church: 4890 11 Mile Road NE, Rockford
Pizza, games, prizes and entertainment will be offered from 6-8pm.

Montcalm County

Pine Grove Community Church

Trick-or-treat from 6:30-8:30pm.

Trick-or-treat at the church from 6-8pm

Ottawa County

Trick-or-Treating Downtown Grand Haven
Washington St., Grand Rapids
Area businesses will be offering trick-or-treating from 4-6pm.  Merchants will be passing out candy and you can keep warm from shop to shop.

Trick-or-Treat on Main Street
Heritage Square, Zeeland
From 3:30-5:30pm kids will get goodie bags, donuts, cider, balloons and more.  Appropriate for kids 13 and under.

Sanctuary at the Shore Nursing Home
900 South Beacon Boulevard, Grand Haven
Enjoy indoor fun from 6:30-7:30pm.

Tendercare Health & Rehab Center of Holland
