LOWELL, Mich. (WOTV) - For only $10 a year, your family can participate in year round 4-H programming . This learning experience is perfect for both kids and adults interested in farming, science and agriculture. The Richmond Family of Goldstar Farms in Lowell has been involved in the organization for three years and enjoys how the program has brought them closer together.
