GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) - Love is in the air and this time of the year can spark questions about relationships. Maranda recently polled her viewers to find out what questions they have about love and went to the pros to get the answers.

Tom Karel is a limited licensed psychologist at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services . Tom specializes in outpatient counseling for children and adults in the treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, anger as well as substance abuse disorders.

Maranda asked Tom the following viewer questions:

1.  What do you think is the cause of why love has become so such a throw away thing and not a commitment?

2.  I have a special needs child.  How can I teach him to express love through learning and speech disabilities?

3.  Is there any way to read a woman's mind and find out what she is thinking or feeling?

Watch the attached video to see Tom's answers.
