Grand Rapids, Mich. (WOTV) - It’s a new year, time for a new book!  Each January we have a tradition of letting our kids pick out a new photo book.  They decorate the inside cover to indicate what the year is.

Then, throughout the year we slip in school pictures, photos from trips and special gathering, keepsakes from movies and concerts.  At the end of each year they look through their books and reminisce about the special times and on birthdays and family gathers we get all the books out so everyone can reflect on important family milestones and memories.

It’s a great way to keep an on-going timeline of the special times in our kids’ lives.
