I love these cookies because they are simple to make and easy to customize to your personal taste. Plus, they take less time and attention because they are a no bake drop cookie. These are a quick and easy favorite in our house and customizable too! -Sarah

Sarah's Butterscotch Haystacks

Ingredients:

1 regular size bag of Baking Chips (I used Butterscotch)
1 bag of Chow Mien Noodles
Optional: Mini marshmallows, nuts, candy

Directions:

Melt baking chips in the microwave for about a minute, stir, melt about 30 seconds. Remove from microwave, stir in noodles (and any optional items), "drop" on to wax paper in desired size.

Allow to cool/solidify. Enjoy!
