Let the bidding begin! The 16th Annual Bid for Bachelors and Bachelorettes to benefit Friends & Families of Cystic Fibrosis was held this weekend at DeVos Place. All proceeds raised at the event support those living with CF in West Michigan.
Tony Gates and Molly Reid headed up the auction as the auctioneers. Escorts for the evening included several media personalities from the West Michigan area. Escorts helped heat up the stage with a few choreographed entrances with the bachelors and bachelorettes.
Over 30 bachelors and bachelorettes presented packages for the auction at the annual event. Packages were creative and elaborate which included dinner downtown, helicopter rides, overnight retreats along with perfect packages for the fitness fanatic. More than 30 packages were included in the bidding, with some individual packages valued at over $4,000.
The ballroom was packed with supporters, family members and friends dressed in black-tie attire to benefit the real stars of the evening, community members needing support who are living with Cystic Fibrosis.
