Grand Rapids, Mich. (WOTV) - Local kids walked or crawled on the runway in their favorite Halloween Costumes. Nearly two hundred children came to compete in the annual competition at The Crossroads mall. Ghosts, goblins and pretty princesses rocked the stage for a packed audience of proud parents.
