Grand Rapids, Mich. (WOTV) - The annual tree lighting ceremony at the GRAM drew hundreds of community members downtown. Rosa Parks Circle Skating Rink was opened to the public for the first time this season along with with free horse drawn carriage rides for the festivities. See photos from the tree lighting below!
