Flu smoothie recipe that will help keep you happy and healthy

Grand Rapids, Mich (WOTV) - Get great nutrition while giving your immune system a boost with this quick and easy smoothie recipe.

1-cup Almond BreezeF
1 Tablespoon organic honey
1 Tablespoon flax oil
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
one-handful fresh spinach
juice of half a lemon
small piece of ginger root

This smoothie can be prepared the night before, I like to make my breakfast smoothie when I am making dinner to save time and cleanup.
