Grand Rapids, Mich (WOTV) - Moving from Summer to Fall can be stressful on your skin. The change in temperature and the move from air conditioning to dry heated air does a number on our skin. This is a great time to give yourself a little exfoliating skin treatment at home. One of my favorites that is easy to do and inexpensive is Olive Oil and Sea Salt.
Just mix about 1 part sea slat to 2 parts olive oil in your palm while showering. Massage into the skin in gentle circles. Not only will this mixture remove dull skin and moisten, the massage action will also help to improve circulation.
Don't forget to drink plenty of water as well for good skin care. I love warm water with lemon or ginger root this time of year.
Enjoy!
