Grand Rapids, Mich. (WOTV) - Life is full of opportunity and choices. Busy as we are, it is often hard to find the time to exercise, get to a class or the gym. There are simple solutions in the every day choices that we make.

Choices like taking the stairs. We can keep our bodies healthy and fit by removing the conveniences of life now and then. Walk or ride your bike to the store when possible, even in the cooler weather. Make it an event.

Instead of spending time driving around for the closest parking space, take the one closest to the parking entrance, you will even save time doing this and burn a few extra calories walking through the parking lot.
