Celebrate an American classic and get ready for St. Patrick’s Day with this Happy Hour frozen milkshake cocktail.

Crumbles of chocolaty Oreos and a few splashes of Bailey’s Irish Cream make this a perfect nightcap to a long week.

Happy Hour

Oreo and Bailey's Milkshake

Makes one drink

  • 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup of whole milk (or non-dairy substitute)
  • 2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur
  • 1 oz. chocolate syrup
  • 3 Oreo cookies + 1 for garnish
  • Chilled pint glass
  • Straw
  • Blender

 

Place all ingredients except one extra Oreo into your blender and blend until well incorporated.

Pour into a chilled pint glass.

Garnish with a straw and one Oreo cookie.
