Sprouts just may be the perfect food. They are full of essential vitamins, proteins and enzymes that detoxify, rejuvenate and heal the body. From a dormant seed to a highly nutritious food, sprouts are also loaded with enzymes which make every function of your body work more efficiently.
Learn are a few basic techniques and you can have a lush indoor sprout garden. In fact, you most likely already have the seeds in your pantry and I'll show you how to use common household items as your sprouting equipment. You can have your very own, home grown sprout crop, ready to eat in just a few days! This class is an excellent choice for kids too. They love watching the miracle of life unfold before their eyes and they also enjoy being involved in the process.
You will learn why and how to sprout and how to use sprouts. You will also be able to taste test many different types of sprouts.

The night was filled with food, entertainment and shopping with these special families.
