She holds a BS in Health Education and has earned advanced certifications in Yoga-RYT500, Wholistic Nutrition, Fitness Training and Expressive Dance from the American Council on Exercise, Wellcoaches of America, Cooper Clinic for Aerobics Research, Yoga Alliance, JourneyDance and Nia.
