GRAND RAPIDS, Mich (WOTV) - Maranda hits Rosa Parks Circle for tons of family fun at ArtPrize. There are tons of kids creating and Maranda catches up with Carla Hartman, Education Director of the Eames Office, to talk about an exciting art opportunity she is offering during ArtPrize. Kids are constructing chairs out of recycled material for Carla's "chair camp" that 1,000 kids will hopefully go through during ArtPrize. It's a new perspective kids can get about creating and the impact they can have on everyday items. Giving kids the ability to open their minds will make an impact on the community as a whole, and lead to possibly changing the world.
