GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) - Filling an Easter basket for kids can be as easy as grabbing some candy eggs. But, since those chocolate bunnies won't work for babies, the Easter bunny might be stumped when it comes to your little ones. WOTV 4 Women crew member, Carly Munoz, has some creative ideas to share when building an Easter basket for your younger children.
Fun and safe items for toddler Easter baskets include:
- Gold fish crackers or puffs
- Character themed apple juice
- Tooth brush and toothpaste
- Board books and coloring books
- Stuffed animals
- Bath toys
- Teething ring
Easter basket don'ts:
- Plastic grass
- Toys with small parts and pieces
- No eggs, honey, chocolate or peanut butter for babies under one
