GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) - An athlete who is just a little faster, a little more agile and better prepared is the athlete who comes out on top. In today's competitive sports environment, parents are often looking for training that will give their child that edge or advantage on the field, court or track.
Frappier Acceleration Sports Training (FAST) is a world-wide program provides athletes of all ages with performance enhancement training. From elementary children to NFL and NBA players, the program provides impressive increases in athletes speed and overall ability.
Acceleration Sports Training Center uses the FAST programs to boost athletes performance here in West Michigan. Located at 1140 Monroe NW in downtown Grand Rapids, the facility is open to all athletes. The program does not focus on a particular sport, but instead focuses on building speed, strength, quickness, jumping ability and overall conditioning.
When you first meet with trainers at Acceleration Sports Training Center, you'll be administered a test to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses. Once this is evaluated, trainers will formulate a program that works best for you. Programs range form 8-10 weeks in length and it's recommended that athletes start the program with enough time to allow for two weeks of rest prior to their sports season begins.
