GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) - Area Walgreens stores are holding a Diaper Drive for Pine Rest's Mother and Baby Program May 5-11, 2013.
The Pine Rest program is a new short-term, intensive, day treatment program for women experiencing Perinatal Mood Disorders. Only the second of its kind in the country, mothers are able to bring their baby with them to improve mother and baby bonding. The Diaper Drive will help Pine Rest stock the nursery and use them to share with moms in need.
Walgreens has a special offer the week of May 5, buy one pack of Walgreens diapers at full price and get the second packet half off. Collection boxes are near the store entrances, do it's simple to pick up an extra pack and drop it in on your way out.
