GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) - It's almost time for back to school and many parents are busy getting their kids prepped. One way to help your kids is to review some basics. These do-it-yourself plastic plate flash cards are a fun way for kids to brush up on their math facts.
What you need:
1- package of plastic plates
1- dry erase marker
How it works:
It's easy! On one side of the plate write your math problem. Example: 1+1, or 3x5. On the back write the answer. Then quiz your kids. You can make a game by hiding plates around the yard and have your kids see who can find and answer the most correctly.
Tuesday night has a seriously funny lineup on ABC! Check out what's in store for your favorite shows on WOTV4!
The community came together for a surprise dedication for a local Grand Haven woman. The dedication was in memory of Vicki Check's son, Andy Fox, who drowned in a rip current in Grand Haven. See the emotional video and photos here!
Ladies spent the evening mingling over desserts and cocktails while shopping to supporting a great local cause. Here are photos from this year's Shop Soirée charity event!
