Ellie Drake's Guacamole
1 large tomato
1/4 C green onions, chopped
3 T jalapeño
1/3 C lemon juice
2 T cilantro, chopped
Salt (to taste)
Dice avocados, hand mix in other ingredients and serve with cut veggies and chips.

Did you know the Kostume Room is a wig bank for the American Cancer Society? They offer free wigs to anyone undergoing chemo or radiation. Gayle Vaartjes is the owner of the Kostume Room and came up with the idea after she was diagnosed with cancer in 2004. She was looking for a way to give back.
