Michele Fife is the WOTV 4 Women wellness expert focusing on natural health and yoga. She owns Seva Yoga, a studio located in East Grand Rapids where she connects with women from across West Michigan helping them find and create positive change.

“Being able to be a witness to and even an active participant in the process of people developing a deeper relationship to themselves and the world around them is at the center of my business model,” she said.

She lives a Yogic lifestyle with her husband Jon, teenage daughter Mia and three cats. In addition to practicing yoga you can find Michele enjoying cooking and entertaining in her kitchen or exploring diverse cultures. Her love of learning never stops and as a WOTV 4 Women expert she hopes to share information and tips based on her own life experiences, trials and successes.

In the last five years of business Michele has met so many vibrant souls which continue to inspire her. “It’s really an honor to be able to be a part of the transformative process that occurs when someone embarks upon the journey that a Yoga practice can inspire.”

On of her most memorable experiences in her field was getting to be part of a medical research project, YOCAS. For two years she met with cancer survivors and gave them Yoga as a way to help and heal. Being a witness to this healing process and being able to make this personal connection is something she says she’ll never forgot.

“I strive at home and in the world to live naturally and leave a tiny footprint on the earth with a great big heart.”
