Bras across the Grand- October 19
Bras Across the Grand is a way to celebrate survivors and remember those who have been lost to breast cancer. You can decorate a bra and hang it on the bridge. The goal is to make it all the way across the Grand River. On the 21st, 20% of sales at the Dairy Queen in Allendale will be donated to Susan G. Komen West Michigan. There will also be a Brain Freeze Challenge and Cure Walk.
Hockey Fights Cancer Night- October 26

One hundred percent of the proceeds of this night go toward research and education. Tickets for the night cost $100, and include a ticket to the sold out match up, a Red Wings Purple Community t-shirt and the opportunity to join Red Wings players, and Purple Community members on the ice for a post game photo.
