Whether you are a beginner to experienced practitioner rolling out your mat is your opportunity to explore. Think of your mat as the canvas and your body as art.
With or without music set aside some time and be a little playful. You can begin on your hands and knees and see what feels good to you. Your body actually gives you directions to follow via sensation. You may progress to standing postures or you may practice the entire time seated or lying down. That’s the beauty of it- there is no wrong or right. Just like art this experience is subjective to each individual.
Experience the poetry of motions and the freedom to move as you like. This can be as beautiful as you want it to be. No judging, only acceptance.
