Andrew VanSlooten is a native of Grand Rapids, and is committed to providing the highest quality obstetrical and gynecological care possible. He is a graduate of Michigan State University in East Lansing as well as the University of Michigan Medical School. His medical special focus areas include menopause hormone replacement obstetrics. Though his day to day duties change regularly he loves the variety of clinical settings he experiences.
"I get to participate in routine and problem-oriented care, the delivery of newborns, and surgical management of gynecological problems. I enjoy all of these aspects of my job and the fact that my days and weeks are rarely the same."
Dr. VanSlooten has been voted to the "Best Doctors" list several times in Grand Rapids Magazine and is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Medical Association and Michigan State Medical Society.
Dr. Vanslooten is active in professional and community organizations and enjoys biking and jogging with wife, playing the guitar, and watching movies. Dr. VanSlooten and his wife have three fun-loving and active boys.

The night was filled with food, entertainment and shopping with these special families.
