Grand Rapids, Mich. (WOTV) - "Stuff" can be a seductive exterior antidote for inner feelings of imbalance, of not quite feeling relevant, of not feeling the rush of purpose and joy in our daily lives. "Stuff" can quickly turn into baggage that halts us in our tracks, weighing us down both physically and emotionally. Decreasing our moments of "Quick Fix Joy" can leave us lighter, breathing easier, paying less attention to the bundles, busyness of texture, color, shape and placement.
We can learn to "Be". It is in this place that we unfold ourselves to inspiration. Being allows us more space to work on timeless events that can have a ripple effect for good. We can't take stuff into the afterlife but we can take the good learned and given deeds of labored love.
Purge your home and work space by finding a new destiny for at least five of your items
Quiet your mind, breathe in slowly. With each breath, visualize "I breathe in peace and exhale the busyness of the day".
