1. Notice what you are thinking about certain people and situations.
2. How many negatives are involved in your thoughts and how in depth are these images envisioned?
3. Notice the number and content of negative and positive thoughts you have about yourself.
4. For every one negative thought you think, apply three positive thoughts to the same scenario.
